Access Levels
In some cases it is required to type in access level codes in the configuration page. Following is a table that provides a mapping of the access levels to their codes:
For features that use a threshold to enable them, you can set the threshold to 0 to enable the feature for everyone or 100 to disable the feature for everyone.
Customizing Access Levels
It is possible to rename access levels via a request to support. Simply provide the new name in each language you need and the corresponding existing access level name and code. e.g. code 10 (viewer) - rename to 'visitor' (english) & 'visiteur' (french)
Though rarely needed (see Authorization and Access Levels), it is also possible to create new access levels. To do this, email support with:-
- the name you would like to give the access level, in English and in any other language you may need.
- What extra access the new level should have compared with the level below it. Remember that higher access levels will inherit all access of the level below.
